Frequently Asked Questions

With Elite Trainr, you’ve got two choices after the free trial: Sign up for a paid standard plan, or a paid pro plan.

Both plans are dynamic, so as you bring on more clients, the pricing will scale to meet your needs.

In the Elite Trainr app, you can select the status for each of your clients. The status choices are:

    1. New Lead – These are your new prospects that you have invited via a link or that you’ve added. When someone enters via a link you provided them, they will automatically have their status set to New Lead. When you add someone manually, you can select the status as well. You can change it later once they become a paying client. New Leads do not count towards your current active client quota.
    2. Active – These are your paying clients. This status counts towards your quota and will directly affect your pricing. Remember, pricing is dynamic and scales with how many active clients you have.
    3. Inactive – These are your inactive clients. They can access unexpired programs until the program expires and you (the trainer) cannot edit the inactive client’s programs. Inactive clients do not count towards your current active clients quota.
    4. Disabled – These are your disabled clients. They cannot access programs and you can not edit client programs. Disabled clients do not count towards your active client quota.

Yes. If you switch a client’s status to active at any time within a billing cycle, it will count towards your plan quota. Your cost of the application will scale with the number of active clients, so ensure you intend to switch client status before you proceed with a status change.

No. Clients cannot change their own status within the application. You can invite clients to the app via a link or manually entering their information. When you manually enter a client, you can select their status at that time as well.
