Applications Covered by This Privacy Policy
In addition to the Elite Trainr application, this Privacy Policy applies to white-label applications powered by the Elite Trainr platform. These applications may be distributed under the branding of individual trainers, fitness businesses, or organizations while using technology and services provided by Formateur Elite Inc.

Health and Fitness Data (Optional)
Depending on how you use Elite Trainr, you may choose to provide health and fitness-related information, including:

This information is used to provide the fitness, coaching, progress tracking, and related functionality available through Elite Trainr.

Payment Information
Elite Trainr does not directly store payment card information.

Elite Trainr does not sell personal information to third parties.

Trainers may access information that clients voluntarily provide or share with them through the Elite Trainr platform as part of the trainer-client relationship.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information, including secure servers and encryption where appropriate.
However, no electronic storage, transmission, or online system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and protecting access to their devices.
5. User Rights & Account Deletion
Depending on applicable law, users may have the right to:
- Access their personal information
- Request corrections to their personal information
- Withdraw consent where applicable
- Request an export of their data
- Delete their Elite Trainr account and associated personal data
Account Deletion
Users can initiate permanent deletion of their Elite Trainr account directly within the Elite Trainr application.
To delete an account:
- Open the Elite Trainr app.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Edit Profile.
- Select Delete Account.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm account deletion.
When a user confirms account deletion, Elite Trainr will delete or anonymize the personal information associated with the account, including applicable profile information and user-generated fitness and training data.
Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary or required for legal or regulatory compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, or other legitimate purposes permitted by applicable law. Any retained information will only be retained for as long as necessary for those purposes.
Deleting the Elite Trainr application from a device does not delete the user’s Elite Trainr account. Users must use the Delete Account functionality described above to initiate account deletion.

6. Cookies, Analytics & Tracking
Elite Trainr may use cookies, analytics technologies, and similar tools to understand how users interact with our services, maintain application functionality, diagnose technical issues, and improve the user experience.
Information collected through these technologies may include device information, application usage, interactions with features, and other technical information.
7. Children’s Privacy
Elite Trainr does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18 without appropriate parental or legal guardian consent.
If we become aware that personal information from a child has been collected without appropriate consent, we may take reasonable steps to remove that information.
